2025 Scholarship Application & Criteria
Scholarship Criteria
- Must be an active member of the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association.
- Must be currently engaged = attended at least 2 DMAA events and/or serve on a committee with at least 75% attendance.
- Only eligible for 1 scholarship every 2 years per individual and only 3 scholarships are given per management company/supplier partner company in a five year period.
- Must fill out and complete the application 30 days prior to education or conference.
- Must complete coursework in accordance wit outlined class/conference.
- Any supplemental materials not included in the applied for course must be purchased by the recipient of award.
- Must take all test associated with the course within 3 months.
- Must commit to giving feedback to the Board via video testimonial, in-person at a board meeting or ZOOM.
- If unable to complete or attend course/conference, recipient will reimburse association for full amount of scholarship.
