NAA Designation Programs
As part of the DMAA, members have access to nationally recognized designation programs created by the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI). These designation programs have been designed for various roles in the multifamily housing industry from Maintenance Technicians to Suppliers who work with our Property Professional members.

Certified Apartment Manager
NAAEI developed the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) program to assist apartment industry professionals in advancing their apartment management career. Courses covered in the CAM Program include:

Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor
NAAEI developed the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) program to provide training to multi-site supervisors, or managers aspiring to multi-site supervision. The programs is designed to provide the foundation of sound supervisory management. Courses covered in the CAPS program include:

National Apartment Leasing Professional
NAAEI developed the Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) program to provide training for Leasing Professionals as they are the first people prospective residents meet, and they're often their only gauge of the property staff. Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians
NAAEI developed the Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians (CAMT) program to provide the knowledge and tools necessary to run a cost-effective maintenance program with a combination of in-person and online training. Courses covered in the CAMT designation include:

Certified Apartment Supplier
NAAEI developed the Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) program as Suppliers are important liaisons to the multifamily housing industry. The program is designed as an opportunity for supplier to hear the everyday challenges faced by their apartment manager customers. Courses covered in the CAS designation include:
